We're dedicated to your safety and comfort. Our cleaning process follows all local health guidelines, with a focus on disinfecting high-touch surfaces and shared amenities between every booking. To support your well-being, we provide disinfecting wipes, spray, and hand sanitizer. Additionally, we've limited our capacity and reconfigured the space to allow for physical distancing, giving you plenty of room to relax and enjoy.
Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
