Clean-up and Damage Exit Condition: The renter is responsible for returning the space to the condition in which it was received. This includes: Bagging all trash and placing it in the provided bins. Wiping down the BBQ and bar surfaces. Clearing all decorations, personal items, and catering supplies. Restroom Care: Please ensure the outdoor restrooms are left tidy. Damage: The renter is responsible for any and all damage to the property, facilities, equipment, or pool/grotto resulting from the event.
Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
