The Foundation is a 501 c 3 nonprofit organization registered and in good standing with the U.S. IRS since 1999 in Springfield, MA. NOTE: The house may be used for everything from meditation sessions and children's birthday parties, bachelor/bachelorette parties, private meetings, business meetings and more! You may dress the space to meet your needs. Hang your decorations everywhere to meet your needs inside and out!!!! Cig smoking is allowed outside in back yard spaces only (no loitering in front yard or on front steps) or driveways. Drinking is also allowed inside and in back yard. Bring your own "legal" fair. We pride ourselves in providing save locations for all venues and budgets. David (next-door in same duplex), your onsite contact and the owner of the property, lives on the property next door. He is mellow, laid back, and ready to help make your experience exactly as you wish. David will handle anything which may come up. Last second changes in property requirements, something got broken in the home, city power goes out, police show up for any reason, a fight breaks out among your guests, neighbors complaints, or any other issue threatening to interrupt the bliss of you and your guests. Contact David next door for all concerns or problems. BTW: The Foundation raised funds for its Foster Program (giving a better life to children in the foster care system) at this same location for several years as an AB&B.
