General Clean • Remove all trash and old food. • Dust and wipe all surfaces. • Vacuum and mop floors. Bedrooms • Strip and replace all linens. • Make beds neatly. • Check under furniture. Bathrooms • Clean toilet, sink, shower, and mirrors. • Replace towels and toiletries. • Empty trash. Kitchen • Wash and put away dishes. • Wipe appliances and counters. • Replace dish towels and trash bag. Living Area • Straighten furniture and décor. • Wipe surfaces and vacuum. Final Check • Restock essentials and welcome items. • Ensure lights, Wi-Fi, and locks work. • Do one last walkthrough.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 90-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
