We take great pride in maintaining a clean, comfortable, and well-prepared environment for every guest. The property is professionally cleaned before and after each booking to ensure it’s ready for your experience or production. All high-touch surfaces, restrooms, and kitchen areas are thoroughly disinfected between uses. Linens, towels, and soft furnishings are laundered and refreshed regularly. For events and productions, we provide a walkthrough before and after your booking to ensure everything is in perfect condition and to document the space together. Guests are asked to leave the property in the same condition as when they arrived. Trash collected should be placed in the proper garbage can. All Personal items should be removed. Additional cleaning fees will apply for large events, weddings, or excessive mess beyond standard use.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
