Courtyard has two 220 volt plugs for power needs including music, food trucks, etc. Four cabana set-up in courtyard for seating, lounge area, or vending. First floor, street level for easy access and load-in via front door or double-doors in courtyard. The gallery can easily accommodate up to 300 guests, and the courtyard space can comfortably accommodate 200 guests. The space has 3 bathrooms, 2 with ADA accessibility. Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
