Our cleaning team follows a detailed checklist that includes: 🧽 High-touch sanitization – Doorknobs, light switches, remotes, handles, and all shared surfaces. 🛋️ Full reset of event/office areas – Wiping down tables, chairs, desks, and resetting layout. 🚿 Bathroom refresh – Toilet, sink, mirrors, and floors sanitized; stocked with fresh soap, paper towels, and tissues. 🧹 Floors vacuumed and mopped – Common areas and traffic paths cleaned after each use. 🗑️ Trash removal – All trash cans emptied and relined after every booking. ✨ Linens & supplies – Fresh towels, table linens (if provided), and supplies restocked between guests. We also: Use disinfectant-grade cleaning products. Maintain professional laundry service standards for linens and towels. Allow a buffer window between reservations to ensure proper cleaning and ventilation. Your safety, comfort, and peace of mind are our top priorities.

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
