All portable restroom plans must be disclosed and approved prior to the event. • Event insurance may be required for larger gatherings, events involving alcohol, or events with pool use. • Guest count, event details, vendors, decorations, and equipment must be disclosed at the time of booking. • Children must be supervised at all times, especially when the pool is in use.
