We kindly ask all guests to leave the space in the same clean condition as it was upon arrival. • Basic Cleaning: Please wipe down tables, counters, and any surfaces used during your event. • Trash & Recycling: All garbage, recyclables, and compost should be placed in the provided bins. • Furniture Reset: Return tables, chairs, and decorations to their original positions. • Floor: Light sweeping or spot-cleaning if spills occur. • Kitchen/Bar Area: If used, please ensure all items are cleaned and organized. Our team will handle deep cleaning and sanitization after every booking to maintain a hygienic and welcoming environment for the next guest. Note: Excessive mess or damage beyond standard cleaning may result in an additional cleaning fee.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
