The garden room is designed by a prominent architecture and interiors firm on the Chicago North Shore, it is filled with art and antiques that are available for sale. We are looking to rent this venue to a groups that appreciates exceptional design and art, and that will respect the high-quality materials and finishes throughout the spaces, adults only. Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space. Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels.. Clean common areas allowing guest access to bathrooms. Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable. Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
