About the Space
Square spacious(23x23') high selling(10') garage turned into neon studio for photo & video projects. Installed multiple seampless paper backdrops system with automatic roll in/out. 4 colors are included. Change to additional color and fresh cut - for a fee. Lot's of natural lighting throughout a day. Direct sunlight to backdrop/model 4-7pm. Full blackout curtains to make daytime studio into nighttime neon fantazy. Lightstands, bowens softbxes, flash brackets and 1 Godox ML60 videolight included. Mid century green velvet chairs, table and 2 wooden dressers for interior shots. All tables/dressers are on casters wheels so moving them around is super simple. What will fit - 2-4 photo/video production team. Bike/car/truck - please contact the host for arrangement - no extra cost.

Place is keept cleaned up every day. But could be not fully cleaned during the day due to potential consecutive bookings. Please keep it as close to the entered state to be respectfull with the next customers.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
