The 4,000 sq. ft. layout includes two connected rooms: a polished white studio section ideal for photoshoots, pop-ups, or meetings, and a bar/lounge section perfect for networking, celebrations, or intimate gatherings. Enhanced Health and Safety Measures

Our space is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected before and after each booking to ensure a spotless environment for every guest. All high-touch surfaces — including door handles, countertops, light switches, and restroom fixtures — are wiped down with professional-grade disinfectants. Floors are vacuumed and mopped, and trash is removed after every event. The restroom is restocked and sanitized, and the air is circulated to maintain a fresh atmosphere. We take pride in maintaining a clean, modern, and welcoming environment for your event.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
