We will do it for you :) STUDIO RULES: NOISE: - Please be respectful of the other guest in the building. Music and noise should be kept to a minimun. PETS: Pets are allowed in the studio premises however a fine of $100 will be charged for any stains caused by animals. CLIENTS/GUESTS: Please ensure that the number of guests matches the amount on the booking request. Failure to pay for additional guests will result in a fine. FURNITURE/PROPS: Furniture and props can be moved, but it is mandatory to return everything back to its original position. FOOD/DRINK: Food and drink on or around the furniture is strictly prohibited. Food must be limited to the off-set area. Any damages to furniture is also subject to $100 fine. DAMAGES: Any damage to the studio equipment or walls will result in a replacement fee plus 50% of the item's value. The cost will be billed to the credit card on file. OVERTIME: Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. Please ensure that the studio premises are vacated, and all items brought into the space are removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Please plan accordingly.
