Vibe Royale Cleaning Process Purpose: To ensure every guest enjoys a spotless, inviting, and luxury-standard environment that reflects the Vibe Royale brand — clean, vibrant, and ready for any occasion. ⸻ 1. Pre-Event Preparation Before each booking: • Inspect the entire space for cleanliness and damage. • Vacuum, sweep, and mop all floors — paying attention to corners and under furniture. • Wipe all surfaces (tables, counters, mirrors, doors, handles) with disinfectant. • Clean glass and mirrors until streak-free. • Check restrooms: stock tissue, soap, paper towels, and ensure toilets and sinks are sanitized. • Empty trash bins and insert fresh liners. • Test lighting, Bluetooth sound system, and A/C to ensure everything works properly. • Stage furniture neatly for a professional appearance. • Air out the room briefly before guests arrive to remove cleaning odors. ⸻ 2. During Events (Onsite Attendant) • Spot clean any spills or trash discreetly. • Monitor restrooms for cleanliness and supply levels. • Keep high-traffic areas clear of clutter or debris. • Assist guests in keeping the vibe polished throughout the event. ⸻ 3. Post-Event Cleaning Immediately after each booking: • Remove all trash and recyclables. • Wipe down all surfaces, chairs, and tables with sanitizer. • Mop and vacuum to restore the floor’s shine. • Check for damages and photograph any issues for records. • Disinfect restrooms thoroughly. • Reset furniture layout to default configuration. • Check scent and air quality — use neutralizer spray or diffuser for freshness. • Lock up and secure the property once the checklist is complete. ⸻ 4. Weekly Deep Clean • Shampoo or steam-clean carpets/rugs. • Wash windows and door glass inside/outside. • Wipe down baseboards, vents, and light fixtures. • Deep sanitize restroom walls and floors. • Polish metal, mirrors, and décor surfaces for shine. ⸻ 5. Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
