Our team takes great care to maintain a clean and welcoming environment for every guest. Before and after each booking, all tables, chairs, counters, and high touch surfaces are thoroughly disinfected with approved cleaning products. Floors are swept and mopped, and restrooms are fully sanitized. Hand sanitizer and disinfecting wipes are provided for guest use throughout the space. The lounge is cleaned in accordance with local health authority guidelines, and our air filtration system helps maintain fresh airflow. We take pride in providing a safe, comfortable, and thoughtfully maintained environment that allows guests to relax and focus on their experience.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 90-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
