    This versatile creative space is perfect for small pop-up shops, recording sessions, or livestreams. The open layout allows flexibility for artists, brands, and entrepreneurs to bring their ideas to life — whether you’re setting up a boutique-style event, shooting content, or producing music. The studio can be used with or without an engineer, making it ideal for both independent creators and full teams. Guests are welcome to use the space for filming, podcasting, or intimate performances as well. Features include: • Spacious open room layout • Studio setup available for recording • Lighting suitable for video and photo shoots • Wi-Fi access • Restroom on site • Optional engineer upon request Parking: A parking lot is conveniently located directly in front of the building, with additional free on-street parking nearby. Please limit vehicles to four cars maximum per booking.

    Enhanced Health and Safety Measures

    We take pride in keeping the space spotless and comfortable for every guest. Before each booking, all high-touch surfaces — including tables, seating, door handles, and studio equipment — are thoroughly disinfected with approved cleaning products. Floors are vacuumed and mopped, trash is removed, and the restroom is restocked and sanitized. Hand sanitizer and wipes are available on site for guests during their session. Between bookings, the space is aired out to ensure a fresh, clean environment for your shoot, meeting, or recording.

    Cancellation Policy

    Flexible

    Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
    All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
