About the Space
Our house is on a hillside in Silverlake with spectacular 180 degree views spanning DTLA to Santa Monica. You can even see the ocean on clear days :) The hillside is completely landscaped with multiple tiered gardens and brick patios. Top floor (street level) has access to large flat brick and grass patio with views Bottom Floor has a tuscan-style kitchen with direct access to lower backyard where there is a brick patio and landscaped tiered hillside. Outdoor space is great for photoshoots, proposals, ceremonies, etc.

Outdoors is maintained by gardener multiple times per week and interior of house is cleaned by housekeeper in between Peerspace renters.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
