Enhanced Health and Safety Measures

We take pride in providing a clean, comfortable, and safe environment for every guest. Before and after each event, our team completes a thorough cleaning and sanitization process of all common areas, restrooms, and high-touch surfaces. All tables, chairs, counters, and restrooms are disinfected with commercial-grade cleaning products. The bar and serving areas are sanitized and reset between events. Floors are swept and mopped, and trash is removed promptly after each rental. Outdoor areas and stage are cleared, wiped down, and reset for the next guest. Hand sanitizer stations are available throughout the venue for guests and vendors. Deep cleaning is scheduled regularly to maintain a fresh, welcoming atmosphere. Guests are expected to remove personal items, decorations, and trash by the end of their booking. Our staff will handle the final cleanup and reset so the space is ready for the next event.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
