We take pride in keeping our space spotless and photo-ready for every guest. After each booking, our professional cleaning team follows a detailed checklist to ensure every area — indoors and outdoors — is refreshed and sanitized. • Full disinfecting: All high-touch surfaces (door handles, tables, remotes, switches, and game equipment) are disinfected with EPA-approved cleaners. • Dome detailing: The Sky Night Dome’s glass panels are gently cleaned and polished to maintain crystal-clear visibility for photo shoots. • Outdoor refresh: Turf, seating areas, and décor are brushed, wiped, and reset before each session. • Indoor areas: The living room, game room, and any accessible areas are vacuumed, mopped, and restocked with essentials. • Hot tub & amenities: The hot tub water is tested and sanitized regularly, and all towels and linens are freshly laundered. We ask all guests to leave the space as they found it — light cleanup is appreciated (pick up trash, return moved items, etc.), but our team handles the deep cleaning and sanitization between each booking. Our goal is to make every guest feel like they’re the first to experience the space — clean, fresh, and ready to enjoy. 🌿💫
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
