We take pride in maintaining a clean, sanitized, and photo-ready studio for every guest. After each booking, all rooms and common areas are thoroughly reset to ensure a consistent, high-quality experience. Our cleaning process includes: • ✨ Disinfecting all high-touch surfaces — door handles, light switches, furniture, props, and equipment • 🧴 Sanitizing vanity areas, mirrors, and restrooms between bookings • 🧹 Vacuuming and mopping floors, and removing any debris from previous sessions • 🪞 Refreshing decor, props, and linens so each set looks polished and camera-ready • 🌬 Air circulation between sessions to keep the space comfortable and fresh Guests are expected to leave the studio as they found it, return furniture to its original placement, and remove any trash or personal items before departure. Our goal is to provide a professional, spotless environment that allows you to focus on creating beautiful content without distractions.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
