We take cleanliness and presentation seriously to ensure every guest walks into a spotless, ready-to-shoot space. Each area is professionally cleaned and sanitised before every booking, with special attention given to high-touch surfaces, furniture, and equipment. All linens, towels, and soft furnishings are freshly laundered, and the space is carefully reset to maintain its styled aesthetic. We also perform a detailed visual check before each booking to make sure everything looks camera-ready and meets our high standards of comfort and cleanliness.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
