Special Rates and Booking Details Base rate: Day rate $125/hr (4-hour minimum) for gatherings up to 15 guests Evening rate $200/hr (4-hour minimum) for gatherings up to 15 guests Full-house overnight rate: $700/night weekends (up to 8 guests) Extended time: $75/hr for setup or tear down Cleaning fee: $350 per booking , $475 event clean up Larger gatherings (20–25 guests): $250 cleaning surcharge and prior approval required Non-profit or weekday discounts: Available upon request Vendor policy: All outside vendors must be pre-approved before booking (caterers, photographers, decorators, etc.). Guests are responsible for ensuring vendors follow house and setup guidelines. Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
