A purpose-built wellness sanctuary in the heart of Windsor, designed to support practices that restore, align, and elevate. Our studio offers a calm and nurturing space ideal for yoga classes, meditation circles, breathwork journeys, sound healing, workshops, trainings, and wellness events. This versatile space offers the best of both worlds a bright, airy studio with whitewashed walls and natural light by day, and the option to transform it into an immersive environment at night with coloured lighting, blackout curtains, and dynamic projections. Perfect for everything from calm, meditative settings to vibrant, creative experiences. The main studio accommodates up to 20 participants for yoga, meditation, sound healing, or workshops, with mats, bolsters, and blankets available. Projection mapping, starry lights, and ambient effects can be tailored to set the mood. A private treatment room is also available ideal for massage, energy work, consultations, or 1:1 therapies offering a peaceful, soulful atmosphere. Health and Safety Measures
Our studio is cleaned and reset between every session to maintain a calm, hygienic, and welcoming environment. All mats, bolsters, and props are sanitized using non-toxic, eco-friendly cleaners. Surfaces, instruments, and high-touch areas are wiped down regularly, and floors are vacuumed and mopped daily. Blankets are provided for each class or private session, and the space is aired out with natural ventilation and essential oils to ensure a clean and uplifting atmosphere. Guests are asked to remove shoes before entering the main studio and to handle all equipment with care.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
