The studio is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before each booking. High-touch surfaces such as door handles, light switches, and furniture are disinfected. Floors are cleaned regularly, and the modular couch and seating are wiped down between uses. Hand sanitizer and basic cleaning supplies are provided on-site for guests. Guests are expected to remove all trash and restore furniture to its original setup before departure.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
