Malibu Ocean and Mountain View

Nestled in Malibu’s Deer Creek Canyon, this modern home offers stunning ocean views, surrounded by protected National Park land and breathtaking mountain vistas. During the day enjoy watching the sun cascade across the mountains and ocean views. At night, the lights of downtown Camarillo and bright stars illuminate the sky. There is a Japanese soaking tub, bocce ball court, or yoga deck, hammocks, and tons of lounging areas. There is a picturesqe farm table with optional curtains and shaded over-hang. Inside, natural light pours in from every angle, while remote control blinds can help control the light. This is truly a special experience. It feels like floating on the top of a mountain. The property is located on the far North/West end of Malibu up in the mountains. The weather operates somewhat independently. There are times at the coast it's sunny and on the mountain it's cloudy and vise versa. We do not allow more than 7 property at one time. We understands this limits shoots to a smaller scale, but it's important we uphold this and someone will be onsite to confirm. The property has 10 useable acres, with some other empty flat pads that could also be used for shooting. We consider any booking on a case by case basis, so please reach out to share details if interested. The tiny home comfortably sleeps two people and is on air BB, there is an option to utilize a pull out couch for more than two people, but please inquire for details. There a lot of hiking trails nearby (visit "All Trails" to find). The closest beach is Deer Creek Beach directly at the bottom of the canyon, but Leo Carrillo, County Line, and many more beaches are also very close. Please be aware that the drive up the canyon to get here is a steep grade. You can also access the property by taking Yerba Buena canyon which is less steep, but more curvy. If you're taking Deer Creek, just make sure you are taking a modern car or have made sure your breaks are in good shape if your car is older. This is an off grid home, which runs off solar and battery. A backup generator is connected in case the battery were to run out at night.
