Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
We follow a detailed cleaning and sanitization process before and after every booking. All high-touch surfaces—including tables, chairs, bar tops, door handles, and restrooms—are thoroughly disinfected using commercial-grade cleaning products. Floors are mopped and vacuumed after each event, and trash is removed immediately. Hand-sanitizing stations are available throughout the venue. Our staff reviews a cleaning checklist to ensure the space meets Peerspace standards before guests arrive, with signage placed to remind both staff and guests of hygiene best practices.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
