Daily or Before Opening Entrance & Floors Sweep and mop hard floors with a neutral pH floor cleaner (avoid ammonia or bleach). Vacuum rugs or mats. Wipe skirting boards and doorframes. Windows & Glass Clean glass doors, windows, and display panels with streak-free cleaner. Polish metal handles and signage. Surfaces Dust counters, plinths, benches, and reception desk using dry microfibre cloths. Avoid spray cleaners near artworks — spray onto cloth first. Lighting Dust spotlights and lamps with a soft brush or extendable duster. Check bulbs are working and replace as needed. Waste Empty bins daily, recycle appropriately, and replace liners. 3. Gallery Walls & Artworks Do not touch or clean artworks directly unless you have conservation training. Gently dust frames, glass covers, and plinths with a dry, soft microfibre or feather duster. Avoid cleaning products, even mild ones, near paintings, sculptures, or installations. If necessary, consult the artist or conservator for safe methods.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
