About Three Cities Social Club
Three Cities Social — Wicker Park is our 10,000 sq ft flagship venue: two floors, two full bars, an outdoor terrace, and a layout that flexes between social gathering and serious off-site work.
The Space
First floor: Pool table, open lounges, dining room, full bar, record listening room, and phone booths.
Second floor: Board room with dual TVs, and a second bar. Outdoor terrace overlooking Chicago. Private offices, and a shower-equipped gym round out the venue.
What You're Booking This base rate covers a full floor (4th OR 5th) — seats up to 80, standing capacity 125. For full venue buyouts (seats 160 / standing 250), message us for a custom quote.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
A professional cleaning crew services the space daily to maintain cleanliness and presentation. Renters are still responsible for basic cleanup after their event, including bagging trash, returning furniture to its original layout, and removing any personal items or décor. The cleaning crew will handle deep cleaning and reset after your booking.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 90-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
