Our main room features a beautifully maintained Yamaha baby grand piano, tuned regularly to ensure the perfect sound for recitals, recording sessions, rehearsals, or intimate performances. It’s an ideal venue for hosting student recitals, offering both comfort and excellent acoustics in an inspiring setting. The studio also includes convenient bathroom access and a small kitchen area perfect for preparing snacks or refreshments during events. In addition to the main room, there are two smaller office rooms that can be used as warm-up spaces, dressing rooms, or temporary storage areas. One of these rooms also features a charming Wurlitzer upright piano, perfect for warm-ups, teaching, or songwriting sessions. Whether you’re hosting a private concert, recording your next project, or running a workshop, our space provides a comfortable and professional setting to bring your creative vision to life.

Studio Cleaning Policy To maintain a clean and safe environment for all renters: Please remove all personal items and dispose of trash before your rental ends. Sanitize high-touch surfaces and any equipment or props used. Return all items to their designated locations. Report any spills, damage, or maintenance issues promptly. A standard cleaning fee covers basic post-use sanitation. However, additional cleaning or repair fees may be charged for excessive mess or misuse.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
