Cleaning Process We take great care to ensure the home is spotless and ready for every guest. Before each booking, a professional cleaning crew thoroughly services the property to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, comfort, and presentation. Our process includes: • Deep cleaning and disinfection of all surfaces, including countertops, furniture, and high-touch areas. • Full bathroom sanitation, including showers, tubs, sinks, mirrors, and toilets. • Freshly laundered towels and linens provided for each new booking. • Kitchen reset, including washing and sanitizing all dishes, cleaning appliances, and restocking basic supplies. • Vacuuming and mopping of all floors throughout the home. • Outdoor areas refreshed, including patio seating, BBQ area, and entryway. • Air quality check and light ventilation prior to arrival to keep the home smelling fresh and welcoming. After each event or booking, we ask guests to: • Remove any personal items and trash from the space. • Leave furniture and décor in their original positions. • Notify the host immediately if any damage occurs during their stay or event. These small steps help us maintain the home in pristine condition for future guests and ensure a positive experience for everyone.
Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
