Our Cleaning & Care Process At The Random Tea Room, we take cleanliness and comfort seriously so that every guest can relax and enjoy their experience. Our space is cleaned thoroughly before and after each event or visit. Surfaces, tables, and seating areas are wiped down with safe, non-toxic cleaners. Tea-making tools, utensils, and tasting supplies are sanitized between uses, and fresh linens or napkins are provided when needed. High-touch areas, including door handles, counters, and bathrooms, are disinfected regularly. We also maintain proper ventilation to keep the space feeling fresh and airy. We want every visit to feel cozy, safe, and welcoming, so you can focus on sipping, blending, and enjoying the calm energy of the room—without worrying about the details.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
