Our team takes pride in maintaining a spotless, welcoming environment for every guest. Before each event, the space is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized, including all tables, seating areas, restrooms, and high-touch surfaces. Floors are mopped and disinfected, glassware and bar areas are polished, and the stage and equipment are inspected to ensure everything is event-ready. During events, light maintenance and trash removal can be provided upon request to keep the space tidy throughout your booking. After each event, our staff performs a deep cleaning and air refresh to prepare the lounge for the next guest. For an added touch, guests can also request optional same-day reset or valet cleanup service for longer or multi-day bookings.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
