Our team follows a thorough cleaning process to ensure the space is fresh, safe, and guest-ready before every booking. • The space is professionally cleaned and disinfected before each reservation, focusing on high-touch surfaces such as door handles, light switches, and equipment. • Floors and restrooms are sanitized and restocked with fresh supplies daily. • Trash and recycling bins are emptied after every event or production. • Hand sanitizer and basic cleaning supplies are available on site for guest use. • For longer bookings or multi-day productions, mid-day cleaning can be arranged upon request. Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
