About The Mayors House
This historic house was built CIRCA 1800. Today it is operated as a community incubator, which aims to cultivate an ecosystem of rising artists, creative professionals & culinary/beverage leaders! Our space includes 2 floors, 5 rooms, 2 bars, 1 kitchen, 2 rest rooms, large front porch, large wrap-around upper deck, tables, chairs + more. The space can be used for photoshoots, filming, classes and more! The dining area and patio are both available for use.

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
