Cleaning & Reset Process At The Narrative LA, we value care, cleanliness, and community. After every event, our space is refreshed in partnership with a local community-based cleaning service that helps us maintain a safe, beautiful, and welcoming environment for all guests. Our professional cleaning includes: 🧹 Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming all floors 🧽 Disinfecting high-touch areas and surfaces 🌿 Wiping down the greenhouse and lounge zones 🪞 Resetting furniture and décor to the original layout A $200 cleaning fee applies to all bookings to support this service and ensure every experience begins with a spotless, refreshed space.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
