Our magical estate is perfect for your retreat. Nestled in amongst the hills and valleys of Cape Ann, this is truly a private oasis perfect for a group or a wedding. The mansion house has a "California" layout reminiscent of Napa Valley and can easily sleep 8-10 guests but could be maximized to 14 or 15. There are multiple places to stage your event, whether in the solarium or the drawing room, or the library with its immensely high ceilings under a chandelier once owned by the Ambassador to Brazil. Outside there is ample parking as well as places to pitch a tent, whether by the pond, up on the hill behind the house, or over the pool. While the barn is off limits, with special requests horses or peacocks can be a part of the celebration. Located just down the street from downtown Esses, an area that is central to many of the best dining options on Cape Ann.
