Our cleaning process for the event rental is thorough and meticulous. We begin by ventilating the space and gathering all necessary cleaning supplies. Every surface is dusted and disinfected, including high-touch areas like door handles, switches, and remotes. Floors are vacuumed and mopped, while kitchen and bathroom areas are deep cleaned and sanitized. We replace linens with fresh ones and ensure all amenities are restocked. Outdoor spaces, including patios, fire pit, and yard games, are tidied and sanitized. A final walkthrough ensures the property is spotless and guest-ready, maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for every event.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
