About Monarch House Studios
MHS is a home based creative space that is located in an open concept 3 bedroom, bungalow . The main living area is an open kitchen/dining/living area that is designed to afford fast reconfiguring to suit many purposes. The furniture is lightweight and the studio has been equipped with several "fast change" features to allow for easy decor changes for aesthetic or functionality purposes. Our gourmet kitchen with large island and top of the line appliances allow for workshops, smaller corporate events, birthday parties, high teas and many more options. The space can be used for anything from yoga to paint nights! The bedrooms have also been designed to encourage various photographic purposes ranging from boudoir, infant, pet, or family photography or video podcast/ blogging space. They are also rented for various therapies or themed party spaces and workshops.

As the owner and former nurse, I ensure that the space is regularly deep cleaned directly after each rental, as well as periodically during vacancies. I have incredibly high standards for cleanliness and provide guests with ample cleaning products for their own use as well.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
