Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Our studio is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized thoroughly everyday to ensure a comfortable and safe experience for all guests. All high-touch areas — including door handles, lighting equipment, furniture, and restrooms — are disinfected using professional-grade cleaning products. Floors are swept and mopped daily, and all surfaces are wiped down with disinfectant. Lighting equipment and props are cleaned regularly, and cars used in shoots are detailed and polished daily. We also allow at least 30 minutes between bookings to complete a full reset and ventilation of the space. Guests are expected to tidy up their setup before checkout, and our staff will handle cleaning afterward to maintain the studio’s professional standard.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
