To add, there are sound proofing blankets and padded curtains. - Lighting is carefully managed with soft boxes and adjustable stands that allow for precise control over shadows and mood. - Ideal for: photoshoots with solid color backdrops (white, black, green), filming video content for social media, live streaming, hosting webinars or online courses, recording audition tapes, or producing corporate videos like promotional clips or staff interviews. - Free parking, softbox / continuous lighting fixtures available, RGB color lighting available, microphones, camera stands, teleprompter, + furniture can be moved around and additional props may be brought in (*FREE NO COST*) - Space is customized to create a black out studio with adjustable curtains to block out or let in natural light - If your shoot runs over time, there is a full hour rate will be charged if shoot exceeds over 10 minutes.
