Located 5 minutes from both UTEP and downtown surrounded by historic homes and businesses in the heart of El Paso. The space has two floors, 3 bedrooms upstairs, 1 full bathroom upstairs, and 1 full bathroom downstairs. The house has two staircases, one which spirals down into the kitchen. The downstairs space is large and open, perfect for a bridal party, luncheon, or baby shower. The space is decorated with live exotic plants and jungle animal/ plant life throughout. Colors and natural bohemian decor give the space the vintage vibe. There is a fully functional kitchen with gas stovetop and oven, microwave, Keurig and coffee maker, and full size fridge for food preparation. There is a huge dining area with a table that seats 8. The space is perfect for photography or a baby shower/ bridal brunch. You will adore this place!

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
