Health and Safety Measures
We take cleanliness and guest safety very seriously at Happy Ours. Our professional cleaning team follows a detailed checklist after every booking to ensure the space is spotless and ready for use. All high-touch surfaces — including door handles, light switches, countertops, and remotes — are disinfected with EPA-approved cleaning products. Linens and towels are washed and sanitized on high heat, and floors are thoroughly vacuumed and mopped. Before each booking, the property is inspected for quality assurance to make sure everything is in perfect condition. For multi-day or production rentals, we can also arrange mid-stay cleaning or trash pickup upon request.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
