Brand new event space and venue. This place is perfect for private events, birthday parties, anniversary celebrations, sweet 16’s, corporate events and more. Please let us know how we can help elevate your party’s experience. Base rental rate is $400/hr with a min of 4 hours. This is for the space alone and does not include staff, DJ, security, or sound system. If you would like to have the option of a cash bar for your guest, there will be $600 fee for the use of a 3rd party liquor license plus the cost of liquor. If you would like to have an open bar for your guest, you can bring your own liquor and refreshments for your guest. We can supply a professional bartender or waitress to serve your guest for $150/each + tips. DJ and sound system are not included in the rental rate. We can supply a DJ for $500 per event. Sound system for $500 per event All furniture such as table tops, couches, and patio benches are included free at no additional charge. If you would like to serve food for your guest you may book catering services for your event. You also have the option of inviting a food truck on-site as a food vendor for your event. Our event space is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between each rental booking.
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
