• Cleanup: Room must be left in the same condition as it was found. Additional fees will apply if excessive cleanup is required, or room rearrangement is needed. The use of confetti or glitter is prohibited. Prior approval is required before any materials, decorations, or paper is allowed to be affixed to the walls, furniture, lighting, or fixtures. If use is approved, all fixative material must be removed at the end of the event.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
