With exposed brick, reclaimed wood beams, and warm lighting, it strikes the perfect balance between polished and relaxed. Ideal for off-site meetings, brainstorming sessions, workshops, or casual networking events. The layout is flexible and open, allowing for seated meetings, breakout discussions, or social mingling. The space includes Wi-Fi and two smart TVs for presentations, video calls, or screen sharing, making it easy to plug in and get to work. You’re welcome to bring in your own food or partner with local caterers to keep things easy and customizable. Capacity: up to ~100 seated or ~140 standing, depending on setup. If you’re looking for a setting that feels authentic, comfortable, and inspiring. Not another conference room, our taproom offers a fresh backdrop for ideas, collaboration, and good company. _______________________ Second Floor / Rooftop — Meeting & Event Space Take your meeting to new heights on our second floor. A full-season, all-weather rooftop space designed for inspiration and connection. With a retractable glass roof, wrap-around bar, and fireplace wall, the space feels open and airy yet comfortable year-round. Glass walls and an operable ceiling bring in natural light and skyline views, creating an unforgettable backdrop for off-site meetings, team gatherings, or networking events. The main room includes Wi-Fi and a large smart TV for presentations or video calls, while a private breakout room features a built-in projector screen. Ideal for focused sessions or small-group discussions. The layout is flexible, allowing you to host everything from collaborative workshops to casual mixers or seated dinners. The entire second floor can comfortably seat up to 100 guests across the rooftop room, lounge, and party room. For larger receptions or mixed standing layouts, the space accommodates up to 252 guests in total. With the Chicago skyline just beyond the glass and modern amenities built in, this rooftop level offers a polished yet relaxed setting for productive gatherings, creative sessions, and celebrations alike. _______________________ Second Floor / Private Meeting Room Our private meeting room on the second floor offers a flexible, focused space designed for both productivity and comfort. Seating up to 36 people, it’s equipped with Wi-Fi and a built-in projector screen. Perfect for presentations, strategy sessions, or team workshops. The room can be fully closed off for privacy during meetings or intimate events, creating a quiet, professional environment. For a more casual atmosphere, the space can open up to the adjoining rooftop area, allowing guests to mingle and move freely between settings. Cancellation Policy

Standard 30-day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
