We take cleanliness seriously to ensure every guest has a safe and comfortable experience in our studio. After each booking, we follow a thorough cleaning process that includes: Sanitizing High-Touch Surfaces: Door handles, light switches, tables, chairs, and props are disinfected between every booking. Backdrops & Sets: Backdrops and themed sets are inspected, cleaned, and reset to maintain a professional appearance for your shoot. Restroom & Dressing Room: Restroom facilities and the dressing room are cleaned and restocked with essential supplies before each booking. Floor Cleaning: Floors are vacuumed or mopped as needed to maintain a tidy and debris-free environment. Air Circulation: The studio is aired out between bookings to keep the environment fresh and comfortable. Cleaning Supplies on Hand: Guests will find basic cleaning supplies available for spot cleaning during their session if needed. This process ensures a professional, ready-to-shoot environment for every guest.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
