About the Space
Our gorgeous front patio is private, serene, and surrounded by abundant nature and wildlife. Oversized cacti surround the elevated patio, making it a very inspiring place to write, work, or take calls. High-speed WiFi and tea included with booking! With grecian style blue-tile and two huge black and white vacation umbrellas, the vibes are giving staycation! Our patio is outfitted with a large table, that can accommodate up to 6 guests. Additional seating includes: (1) couch and (2) lounge chairs from Pottery Barn with Sunbrella cushions. The couch and chairs are soooo comfy and perfect for reading, napping, or writing. If you don't like to work at a traditional table, there are multiple other places to sit and enjoy a sunny day on our patio. When a booking takes place, no one will disturb you or be coming and going from the front of the house (we have other exits to utilize) so your time at our outdoor office oasis will be truly private. Important note: no bathroom on site but we are within walking distance of Gloria's cafe where there is a public restroom (and great food to take to-go and bring back to the patio)!

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
We deep clean the patio between each booking: wiping down all high-touch surface areas like the table and glass coffee table, hosing down all the tiles with non-toxic soap, and power-washing the cushions (when needed). Since this is a fully outdoor venue with fresh air, we do not provide masks or hepa- air filters. At the request of the guest we can provide hand sanitizer if needed!
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
