The Event Space can accommodate up to 50 people and is perfect for meetings, parties, and group sessions. Food may be brought into this area. There is no audio/video equipment in this room. The Event Space is $100/hour. The Event Space and the Meeting Space may be combined for a fee of $200/hour. Use of media center personnel would be included, if required, when both rooms are booked together. A minimum of 2 hours is required per booking. Use of the nursery is provided with each booking.

Must return the space back to its original configuration and clean all areas thoroughly in accordance with the rental checklist provided. Failure to do so may result in a cleaning fee of $100.00 for each occurrence.
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
