About IT’S NOT THE SAME STUDIOS
It’s Not The Same Studios is a 1,200 sq ft creative production space featuring a 13’ x 13’ x 11’ white cyclorama wall with fully adjustable RGB lighting. Designed for photography, video, and content creation, the studio blends functionality with immersive art installations throughout the space. Custom-painted furniture, original artwork across the walls, epoxy-sealed Pokémon card flooring, and a uniquely designed kitchen and lounge area create an inspiring, one-of-a-kind environment. The studio is co-operated by two working artists—Rojo and Floyd—who incorporate screen printing, Venetian plaster, and sculptural elements into the space. This versatile, art-driven studio offers a clean shooting area alongside creative set pieces, making it ideal for photographers, videographers, brands, and makers looking for a space that elevates their visual projects.

We take pride in keeping It’s Not The Same Studios clean, organized, and photo-ready for every booking. After each reservation, we follow a detailed cleaning routine to ensure the space is refreshed and ready for the next guest: • Full sweep and mop of all floors, including the white cyclorama area. • Sanitizing of high-touch surfaces such as door handles, counters, props, and seating areas. • Disinfection of bathroom and kitchen areas, including sinks, fixtures, and trash bins. • Resetting all furniture and installations to their original layout so every guest walks into the same clean, consistent setup. • Fresh trash removal and bin replacement after every booking. • Lighting and equipment check to make sure everything is functioning and ready to use. We care about providing a clean, comfortable, and inspiring creative environment—every time you book. Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
