Cleaning Process We maintain a clean, fresh, and guest-ready space for every booking. After each event, our team completes a full reset, which includes: 1. Surface Sanitizing • All tables, counters, and seating areas are wiped down and disinfected. • High-touch points such as door handles, light switches, and POS counters are sanitized. 2. Floor Care • Floors are swept and mopped throughout the entire space. • Any spills or stains are spot-cleaned immediately. 3. Waste Removal • All trash and recyclables are removed and replaced with fresh liners. • Exterior trash areas are checked to ensure everything is tidy. 4. Restroom Refresh • Restroom surfaces are cleaned and disinfected. • Toilet paper, soap, and paper towels are restocked. 5. Equipment & Service Areas • Ice cream service counter and prep areas are wiped, sanitized, and reset. • Any event add-on equipment is cleaned and stored properly. 6. Event Reset • Furniture is returned to the standard layout unless otherwise agreed. • Décor or items left behind are safely packed for guest pickup.
